Ms. Kessel did the research on my navigation system of last update & she called me back to review each item for recommendations of additional maintenance that I missed. After discussion she immediately sent me written invoice & update maintenance recommendations. This written reassurance confirmed her verbal recommendations. A month or two ago I was contacted by your service department about the service on my Lexus. I inquired about the cost of the service I was told in the $700.00 dollar amount I paid $1092. I made a appointment for 8:15 your people hammered home the importance of the scheduled appointment and my krrping it via phone and text and email. And yet I get there early and have to wait 30mins before my advisor comes to help me. As I begin to express my displeasure his reponceis do you want another advisor. We end on a good note, with him giving me a discount of 10%. But still was left with the idea that my time isn't as valuable as your company.
