I felt like Anthony was one of my brothers. It was just a kicked back relaxed experience. I’ve never had that kind of experience before. He explained what was going to happen to or RX and estimated about how long the car would be in for service. To my surprise when I picked up the car, it looked as if the car was detailed too. Unbelievable. We bought our Lexus at the Escondido dealership 14 years ago. The dealership has had its up and downs but they seem to be back on track. I would certainly recommend Anthony to anyone looking for a service advisor.

I spent 3 hours,$240 for diagnosis fee,found the problem but was told that you need half more day to fix the issue. The additional costs would be over $650. Very disappointed on your dealership. I drove close to 45 minutes to your dealership on a rainny day but instead nothing got fix. I would spread my experience on your dealership.

Chow was cordial & timely. Explained everything necessary & possible for mileage on vehicle. However, he forgot who was the CUSTOMER. When I asked questions, his answer/eyes were directed to individual accompanied me. BTY ….. those questions had nothing to do with my vehicle!!!!!
