I had to call to get an update on my car an hour after the estimated time. I didn’t receive a call from the service advisor. Usually, when I picked up my car in the past, even the dash area was wiped clean of any dust. This time, the dash was still dusty and also the area with the cup holders and shifter. I just expected higher standards.
