Alyssa was great. However, I was told the wait would be 2 hours which was fine. But it turned out to be 3 hours, and this was a problem for me with other commitments I had in the afternoon. Also, I asked her for someone with some expertise to help me with some specific questions I had, and I got a person who barely knew more than I did. Again, Alyssa was very nice and professional. The rest of my experience was frustrating.

Do not contact me. What a waiste of time. I have wanted to bring my car to you for years to solve a reoccurring issue, thinking you were the experts. My husband is a mechanic but this hybrid issue seemed complicated so we thought y’all could do it better. Didn’t know all you did was scan the computer. I guess old fashion mechanic testing is too old fashioned for you. We even suggested things to be tested. I can’t believe replace the computer is what you’re calling a starting place. RIDICULOUS! Hopefully we will figure it out after all the research we did trying to guide you!
