Service advisor Mark Gray write that the reason I came in, Customer requesting oil change to be performed, I actually came in for my 6 month service per my service agreement, he also writes that I declined an alignment, I informed mark that the alignment was done the last time I was in for service 3/1/2024, this guy had no knowledge of my service history. Not sure what’s going on with crown Lexus service department, this was my first negative experience & I hope it’s the last
