Yes, this was a very good service trip. Even though we thought we only needed air in tires, it turned out well. Young man that greeted us and took our car was very nice and he did a great job washing car before he brought it back to us.
Javier Vargas was our Service Rep on Saturday as Vince Camino, our usual Service Rep (whom we truly like and always takes great care of us!) was not there. We are pleased to say that Javier Vargas took excellent care of us. He was pleasant and friendly and didn’t mind taking care of us.

Gerardo and Jeremy have done an exceptional job trying to resolve. The 99 Toyota Land Cruiser was just picked up today after numerous attempts to make it better than what it was going into your shop. Lexus service department replaced the leaking rack and pinion. The first time I picked it up the vehicle drove like a tank. I returned within minutes of leaving the service lot. It was then recommended to replace the intermediate steering joint. Which I have done. This vehicle no longer steers like a Land Cruiser anymore, the steering is restricted. I would like to bring in another 100 series Land Cruiser so a service manager or mechanical Foreman can test drive both of them to understand how very different my vehicle drives now.
