I called and made an appointment on Wednesday to have my vehicle service for Friday when I got there on Friday at three. They told me that I was not scheduled for my appointment that was a computer issue and appointment was canceled until Monday at nine. No one contacted me to tell me that the appointment was canceled and I should be there at nine on Monday so I had to call Maureen and explain to her what happened she accommodated me for Saturday at 12:30 so my vehicle got service on Saturday now the vehicle is saying maintenance is required so I have to come back to Lexus to have them remove that issue thank you
