Had to place a complaint with lexus US in order to get the pre paid service I had Las Vegas dealer was trying to SAVE on what I have already paid 20k service by providing only oil change

Helen was very helpful and professional. She came to tell me my car was ready and gave me my new key fob, for which I have waited seven months. When I got to my car the seat was covered with plastic and there was paper on the floor of the driver’s side floor. I had to clean this up and dispose of it at my home. This is the first time I have found my car in this condition.
