Good morning,My Appointment was on Wednesday January 15th @12:45,after checking in around 12:50, my car was not ready until 3:41, I waited almost three hours for my car to be serviced and it was just a oil changed. Larry was professional and apologized for the long wait.larry as me if I will be getting a tired rotation done today, I said no because my front tire is a different size from the back tire, he ask me if I was sure I said yes then he went and check the tires, didn’t seem like he was familiar my my vehicle. Then when my car was ready I noticed the hood had a s
Smear on it and I questioned him he said that’s just from the car wash when it drys. He was willing to get a towel and try to clean it off, all of it didn’t come off which wasn’t a big deal because it was a complementary car wash for the service so I went home and re-washed my car. This morning when I’m checking everything before I head out of town I noticed that my tire pressure reader is not reading the tire pressure. I took a picture of it and the the hood of my car.
