Guys you kept my car for 27days ,
I hoped you have fixed all the issues i was stating
And before i took the car i asked Mark if they fixed the SEAT MEMORY function because it wasnt working from the day i took the car from deaper
He said yeah all done and fixed
Please explain to me how you guys fixed it when its still not working ?
Also scratch on the windshield tint
Driver seqt all greased up and with spots the seating part
Near wireless charger greasy spots
3spots which i couldnt clean on passenger seat
Driver door also greasy

Paul Cooper was very professional, helpful and informative. The service performed was good and the vehicle is performing well.
The disappointment is in regards to the cost of the spark plug change which was over $800. I was shocked. Your hourly labor rate must be exorbitant.
Changing brake fluid was also very expensive - most of it being labor.
I want to continue to have the vehicle serviced at Lexus but the maintenance expenses may prohibit that in the future.
