Communication was not clear to me when as to when the vehicle was finished. I called to find out. I was also very disappointed that my car was not washed and cleaned. Don’t you include that anymore?

Hi Eddie,
I brought my car in on Monday for the side view mirror and door weather strip. It's now going on 5 days and I have not had my car returned.
The only way that I heard anything about the car's status was because I called repeatedly to get hold of Mark who finally answered and said the part is being ordered -- that was yesterday.
This again, for a car that I had to bring in twice in the first week after purchase that is Lexus Certified.
I'm trying to handle between us, but I don't feel that I'm being taken seriously or any respect in the way business is being done. Please contact me with a resolution.

I was really happy when my oil change and filters was going to cost $86 until they found my front brake pads we’re not good and that was an additional $683.20. After Igot my invoice home, I could not figure how they came up with those prices. It seems like nothing added up correctly.
Plus on the statement they wrote I refused to rotate my tires and not have proper brake inspection. I told the man who checked me in that my tires were rotated at time of smog test, Jan 7, 2025, probably useless to rotate them again. I never said anything regarding brake inspection.
