The process of supporting customers during service visits, loaner pick-up, and check-out was not well established or streamlined. Upon arrival, there was no clear system for determining who would be assisted first, and no designated representative to approach. Despite having an appointment, I waited over an hour for a loaner vehicle. I recommend improving this process by ensuring loaners are available and ready within 30 minutes of the scheduled pick-up time, and only allowing customers to arrive within designated appointment slots if availability is confirmed. When leaving with my loaner, I encountered confusion as another representative approached me, requesting the return of the vehicle I had just been given. I had to explain my situation three times before it was understood. To improve efficiency, consider clearing the service drive area promptly to maintain a clear path and better distinguish vehicles being serviced, returned, or checked out. Regarding check-out, while the paperwork and key return process were smooth, the parking area remained crowded with cars blocking every aisle. Additionally, no designated representative was available to fully assist with check-out, and they were not occupied with other customers at the time. Would rate 2.5/5, will not be returning to this location. Expected much more from Lexus dealership.

The facility is clean, comfortable and stylish. The employees are prompt and professional. I will only service my Lexus at this location. And someday, purchase another Lexus.

My second experience with Jeff and it was great. Informed me as work progressed, coordinated all the activity, had advice and potential answers to questions he needed to bring to me. The team at Metro has a high bar and Jeff meets and exceeds that standard!

My husband made my appointment with Jesse for my RX350 scheduled maintenance and oil change. I was concerned about a noise that needed to be looked into. Jesse was very personable, professional and understood our concerns. Although my car was held longer than expected, he made himself available to us via texting throughout the entire process. We appreciated that he was experienced and confident in his work. Overall, this was a positive experience and I am very satisfied with the care we received !
