When I was checking in I told Jesse that the tires had just been rotated and it didn't need to be done but when I had a chance today to look at the report it says tires rotated.
Also I noticed that the report says rear brakes are needing to be changed and rotors turned. It would have been nice to know that before we left.

This was my first experience with Lexus service as I just purchased my certified pre-owned at the end of last year. When I tell you it was the absolute best! Check in was seamless. I opted to wait while my car was being serviced. I enjoyed a 30 min chair massage (my tired feet loved!), had a great cup of chai latte and a warm chocolate chip cookie. I even did some work thanks to the fast wifi. When my car was done, I walked out to a clean ride. I’m grateful that I made this purchase and I’m confident that the service team is going to keep my car healthy and up to date!
