Your tire guy George, in my opinion is useless. Apparently has only one job to coordinate tire service and does a trouble job at it. Called ahead of time, made an appointment and still tires were not there when I was told. He didn’t even has the common sense to check the morning truck to make sure tires had been delivered ahead of time of my appointment. Less alone to make a courtesy call to make me aware of the fact that they would be deliver later after my appointment. Which meaning I would off been sitting there for over four hours. Then made it worse be not advising service representative that I was there for road hazard warranty.
So paperwork went through as a purchase of new tires.

Work and quality were performed in a timely manner. My only minor gripe was the lack of Lexus rentals available, given I had reserved and marked my need for one. It was a minor inconvenience to have to go pick up at Greenleaf but the information was not relayed ahead of time and likely would have impacted my plans for scheduling.

He acted like he was doing me a favor, never acknowledged my name, no people skills, rushed me out, 1.5 hrs for an oil change. I had a 8 am appoint.first person there. I checked twice on status as he didn't keep me informed. I've been with Lexus 45 years, worst service I've ever had.
