Generally I am satisfied with my service with keys Lexus but this time I dropped my car off on Saturday and was offered a loaner but I said if I can get my car back before the end of the the day then I don’t need a loaner so I was dropped off. I didn’t hear back to get my car till 30min before closing that I called and texted Anthony about the status of my car which at fist he said it’s not ready till Monday. I expressed my frustration and reminded him that I didn’t get a loaner bc he said I can get my car back and that I need a car for the weekend and Monday morning to go to work. I asked to get a ride back to the dealer so I can get a loaner which he arranged. By the time I got there he said the car is ready and that he mistook me with another customer. I’m happy I got my car back and it was taken care of well but didn’t appreciate the unnecessary stress trying to follow up and figure out what happened to my car instead of the dealer following up with me and take care of it on time as promised.
