Taylor was extremely helpful getting a quote to install a dash cam in our RX 350. This allowed me to schedule the maintenance and installation of the dash cam on the same day. He arranged a loaner vehicle for us, we always have something going on, and gave us prompt, informative updates as the work progressed. The work was completed very quickly and my wife went to pick up her SUV, Taylor was very polite and professional with my wife and she was thankful for his assistance as well.
