Jorge was amazing from start to finish. Which is why I answered that I was completely satisfied. He gave the service I have come to know and expect at the Lexus service center.
However when I was checking out with the cashier I was dismayed at her attitude when I had a question about the service that was performed on my vehicle. I was not expecting to be met with such annoyance and hostility. Perhaps she may be better suited to a job where she has zero interactions with customers.
She could not have been more irritated at my simple question. Making me feel embarrassed and out of place for asking. After I paid my bill I asked her for my copy. She responded that I would get it when I got my keys back in a tone that was both angry and belittling. I left feeling not great about my experience. But I know her behavior is not the sum total of the excellent service I have received over the years.
It is a shame that one interaction can sour what was a great service up until that point.

When the service advisor called me, there was no discussion about what issues the technician found on my car. I was just send a report with no explanation. Also, the paperwork we received stapled to my service invoice belonged to another customer. This was the worst customer service I have received at this location.
