The company should know that when a customer comes in for a safety issue that all sensors should be in stock to complete the inspection. I spent a couple of hours to find that I have to go through the same return and estimated 3 hours to complete the repair once sensors have been shipped to Lexus. Poor planning and my car cannot be the only vehicle with this airbag’s issue. However Mr Larry was a very nice person and was impressed with his experience.
