I would just like to say that while my car was serviced, what I brought it in for was not completed. Brought it in because of a recall but was told part was not in. Not Tomas’ fault by any means and I want to make that clear but when I received a call from Lexus to bring the car in and we set up the appointment I fully believed the recall item would be fixed also.

Ivan needs way more training. He needs to learn how to properly communicate and LISTEN to his customers. I had communicated to him after an oil change my drivers floor mats had mud. The technician basically did nothing to protect the mats, and this is a brand new vehicle. They did nothing nor offered anything to make it right. Absolutely ridiculous.
