Year 2000……my third car in your dealership. I’m from L. A., I’ve had Lexus since 1995, from Sherman Oaks L. A.
My sales person in 2012 was Don Turner, took advantage of my being naive.

I answered your question yes only because I did not wanna answer no my vehicle is not finished. It was serviced for repair for some body damage and now Bill is doing the diagnostic I believe is what he called it so I don’t have my car back, but I’m assuming it will be fine Again there was no other way to answer it without answering no and I didn’t wanna do that
