I love the new information system on exactly where my car is as it’s being serviced.
It’s really a bummer but I love my old car so much. I can’t buy a new car that I’m sure I would love just as much

I am not satisfied with receiving a notice from Lexus last year regarding the recall and not receiving the notification to take it to the dealership until this year. Finally, I received a notification to take the car to the dealership to have it checked to see if it was a recall, and now that it is, I have to take time to schedule another appointment to have the part installed when the dealership receives it. Lexus is not considering the inconvenience this is causing customers.

I have a door that groans when you open it. It doesn't do it every time. Lexus says they can't fix something they can't hear. I'm dissatisfied with that answer.
