I actually left for the first time in 15 years of owning a Lexus without having my service done. I brought up a problem and was met with aggression, not listening to what I had to say or listening to any reason or trying to discuss the matter with me, but taking on an aggressive point of view without listening to me at all, I was rather shocked at their reaction both from the service and from the manager of the repairs, they were both shocking I’ve always written positive reviews, but never ever had a problem that I brought up so this is the first time I saw true colors. I was extremely disappointed. not even a proper goodbye. I actually went to them and said I would like a word to try to calm things down even though I said nothing just that I questioned that the services were not done properly and they said no we’re busy. We cannot discuss anything with you. I was very very disappointed. You really know a service when a problem comes up because when nothing is wrong everybody is happy when a problem needs to be discussed. You see the true people as long as they are getting money they are happy the minute you discuss something you bring up an issue. It wasn’t even an issue. I was questioning that the service wasn’t done properly and I asked to be to see something being done and they got extremely aggressive and refused everything even to listen this is not what the service you should get when you’re paying $50,000 for a car like I said this is my third Lexus and I’ve been with them for 15 years. Extremely disappointed I wouldn’t even give them one star as a rating.
