Philip was awesome to work with. I misunderstood something on the texted quote for a repair. He patiently and quickly resolved the issue to my complete satisfaction. Philip was very detail-oriented, checked many options , but most of all was pleasant to work with. I don’t normally go to a dealership, but I brought my car in for an oil change. I found the costumer service was excellent. The dealership’s purpose, as well as, Philip’s is that their costumers are completely satisfied, which I have been on every visit.
A very positive dealership experience. A refreshing experience from other dealerships. I highly recommend this Lexus dealership.

My service advisor was great. However my car was returned with a cracked windshield … I found it very concerning that i was told I would need to follow up with the service manager when he got back on Friday…rather than say, we’ll have them contact you.
Fact of the matter is, if they slammed my windshield wipers down onto the window when washing, it is my opinion that Lexus of Glendale is responsible and should just offer to repair or replace.
