On my prior visit, the servoce advisor checked in with me frequently, including when my vehicle was ready. I was a waiting customer both then and again today. This time, my vehicle appears to have been ready for 20-30 minutes and I was only notified via text. Also, when I came in, I was offered several unnecessary services for my vehicle amounting to nearly 800 dollars. This was offered while my vehicle had just been checked-in and clearly without first reviewing the condition of my vehicle. I don't appreciate this type of dedication to maximizing the "sale" of services at my expense. I prefer honest assessments of my vehicle and what kind of service it actually needs.

Service consultant Kay Andrade was excellent with the volume of customers today, but it took over 4 hours and technician Matthew Jacob Anczelowitz not only missed a burned out light bulb upon the $25 inspection that Kay remedied, but did not clean the battery terminal before installing a new battery. The white corrosion is more than obvious and a little embarrassing for a Lexus certified tech. $374.52 , 4 plus hours to replace a simple battery. Kay was great. Technician Matthew was not with rookie mistakes. We felt ripped off. Can’t believe it. :(
