I have been going to Lexus for services since I bought the car brand new. This is my first time having a bad experience. First, you did not detect that the lights were not working during your inspection. But after I told you, there might be something wrong with it, you charged me $600 to change the bulbs. But when the car was pulled up for me to pick up, the right light wasn’t working. So I had to leave the car again. Then you want to charge me over $1000 to fix that light. All of this experience left me with no trust for your service. In fact, I’m not even sure if I paid $729 for oil, change, and light bulbs. I would like a refund of the $729. I already paid.

Anthony Lee is a wonderful endorsement for the dealership. My one complaint for today was that I requested a loaner and sat around waiting for a loaner for over an hour. Thankfully when I notified Anthony, he arranged for my car to be serviced immediately and got me out of there before the loaner was available. It is unacceptable for long standing Lexus owners to have to sit an wait for over an hour for a loaner.
