I was given a verbal quote of $1000. There was additional work recommended but not done. When I came to pick up my car, the total was over $1500. They gave me a 10% discount. But it was a 50% markup with no explanation. Anthony seems new and a nice guy. Yet I don’t feel I can ever trust his verbal quote again. It will have to be written out. I feel like I was scammed.
