The main thing that I could say about Jesse is is that he is personable. I know that in a business environment, being personal and personable is not the target method of dealing with customers. I waited 5 hours for an oil change and tire patch. When I got my car back I didn't drive much until then early morning next. My carogjts and computer was off because the tech didn't reset it. I had to pull off in a gas station and ask for help. I was late for work while I messed with it and figured it out.

Mr. Darryl was quite professional. He went the extra mile for me to ensure I was satisfied. I really appreciated the lunch he provided for me as my appointment was at 11:00 and I didn’t have time for breakfast. He built upon my Lexus trust by explaining to me that I didn’t need a brake job after the inspection which I was expecting. Many shops would have just done the brakes and charged me anyway.
