Anthony took my appointment even though I was not originally assigned to him. I was on time at 8:30am and Shaw's previous appointment must have been late because he walked in with her at 8:30am. 20 min later they were still sitting at his desk. I asked one of the service valet ladies to see if someone else can help me and Anthony was happy to step in. He was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely return to Anthony.i was unhappy with Shaw's service, but Anthony made up for it.

I was told my vehicle would be done in three hours but it ended up eight hours and it was just a maintenance job and the advisor told me the reason it took so long bcoz there were lots of vehicles to be done. I think that was ridiculous reason bcoz I had an appointment at 9:30 in the morning and my car ended up getting done at 4:45. I will never take my car to the Lexus Valencia service center again.
