The only complaint I have is after I make an appointment… I get several emails and texts reminding me and confirming my appointment..,, but when I get there there is always confusion. Danecia was at lunch . They did take my car after I said what I needed but there was no feedback and there was lack of communication. I did call Dancea later and voiced my frustration. She was very professional and assured me that my car was being serviced and after that updated me several via text until car ready. When I got there car was ready and washed and she had done me solid by changing the. O”cover of my keys ( that were ripped for a while) I was very happy and Dancea did great.

I never received a message stating that my car was ready to be picked up. When I called at 5:50, they said they would get my car ready and have it ready knowing that I’d be there 5 to 10 minutes after closing. When I arrived on site, I gave the keys back to the loaner car and went inside to check out when I spoke to the young lady at the checkout station, she was beyond rude. She stayed it because I did not have a late pick up. They were closed and I couldn’t get my car. I’ve been explained that I never received a call and that I apologize for being there late, but I lost track of time and then I needed my car before Monday. She then stated that my car was not ready which is why I had not received a call I explained that that didn’t make sense as this was just a routine service nothing major. She then stated that she would need to talk to her manager during this interaction with her. She was again rude dismissive, and was acting like I was an inconvenience to her not a customer while the manager was very polite and apologetic, and then reviewed and stated that I did not receive a text message to pick up my car and apologize for the inconvenience. The interaction with the young lady at the front desk had made my experience unpleasant to the point where I do not think I’ll be going back to Lexus of Glendale
