I had no problem with Jesse Martin; however, I did not appreciate having to wait over 45 minutes because all of the service associates got called into a last minute meeting. I had a 3 PM appointment and had to be somewhere by 4:30 PM and because of that meeting I was late for my appointment. Also, I was completely ignored when I walked up to the loaner car area. Thank goodness you have Robin working for you at the cashier area. She save the day by making sure I got seen by the loaner car people and got word to the service associate that I was waiting for a long time.
