The amenities are fantastic. Jesse was excellent. However, after we checked out and were waiting for our car, it took 10-15 minutes before it came out much to the chagrin of the young woman who thankfully noticed that we were still waiting and followed up with the appropriate people. When the car finally came, it wasn’t delivered to the designated waiting area but rather was parked in the lot. The woman apologized (even though it was not her fault) and then walked with us out in the rain to our car. Last thing: the tires read 36-36-36-36 when we brought the car in but 36-38-36-36 when we left. Not a big deal but it appears I will need to deflate the one tire by a couple of pounds.

I wished the problem with my car was diagnosed the first time instead of paying for a new fuel pump and pcv that I didn't need, costing $1200. Then to find out it was the 2 A/F sensors, costing another $2000. I know lexus was not gonna be cheap but would have love problem identified first. My service advisor Taylor was great though. Very professional.

Everything was great. As far as service advisor, tech, time it took for intake for service appointment. The online request from service department for additional work for issues tech saw, online payment service, great. When I came in to pick up my vehicle, I was held up for 30min even though I paid online and just needed to pick up my vehicle. Driver (I don’t know their job title but those who work tirelessly to put customer vehicle to shop, do intake inspection, retrieve vehicle from shop once cars are ready) was held up for another customer and he did not have a mean to use other employees to get my vehicle. It wasn’t busy and just didn’t have enough employees. He was taking time to answer all questions from another customer which is great, but in the meantime I was held up and resulted in missing my another appointment.
