Amanda was very nice.
I received the service record at the cashier’s desk. However, I don’t know if tires were rotated or not. Also, I had a few minor spots on the car when I drove in and when I received the car they were still there. I don’t know if the car was washed or not.
Prior to my visit, I received a text to make an appointment. I don’t know how the message was generated but it said, “Reply to me”. It did not say who was texting and I was not sure if it was a legitimate message. I asked who was texting and did not hear back. Hence, I called the service department to make the appointment.
As far as waiting for my vehicle goes, the facility and amenities made for a pleasant experience. Thank you for the opportunity to provide feedback.

I called this morning to see if there was any openings for an oil change and inspection. I provided my contact phone number and the service representative found my account. I told them that it was for an LC 500. He booked me for 1:30 PM I arrive promptly at that time and was not spoken to until 2 PM. They stated the delay was due to them looking for a RX 350 which is another vehicle I have. I question why they did not seek me out in the lobby and approach me about which vehicle I was there to service this cost me to reschedule my 3 PM appointment I had with a client.
