Jennifer was wonderful to work with. But she told me they would wash my vehicle and it was not washed at all. It just looked like they put some tire gloss on and that was it. Other than that my service was good and it was very easy to make my appointment, I didn't know what program my car was eligible for and the associate that answered my call help me to figure out what service I would be getting and help me schedule the appointment as well.
