I had told Jesse when I first checked in that I needed to be out by 11 AM at the latest. When I got notified that the car was done, it was just after 11 AM. Jesse told me that the car was ready and would be pulled up for me to pick it up. When I went out to the curb to Get my car, a young woman looked at my paperwork and said that she would go get my car. Then she was gone for about 15 minutes. When she came back, she said that she found that my car was just being washed. I had requested the car be washed when I checked it in for the oil change.

I was completely satisfied. I needed things replaced on my car it was costly I wish the price tag was a little bit lower and. 4 tires @ $1,300 next one is the really pricey one. Passenger right side mirror needs to be replaced price tag at $1,700
