The only unsatisfied situation was receiving a car from Hertz the service took a while and it was not like this when i received a Lexus as a loaner.

I had an appointment at 10am I checked in before 10. I didn’t get to talk to anyone until passed 10:30, nobody came to let me know there will be a delay for a service person can talk to me.

The person assigned to me bill, was not very helpful, I asked him if there was a courtesy vehicle available he said he would check. Then I asked him to check if there was an additional services that I have, he said he don’t know but said he would check and get back to me. He then sent me away to the waiting lounge. I waited an hour and he didn’t get me any updates. Finally I just went up to him and asked him myself if he had any update he said he didn’t have time to check because he has other clients to help. Finally when my car was ready he gave me the keys and pointed to the parking lot and said your car is out there someone where press your clicker to go find it. I also got the sense that he doesn’t like female clients as he was being more friendly and joking around with his male clients. Very disappointed
