I have always been impressed with the service I have received at Lexus, from the first day I walked in after I bought my Lexus! Philip, in particular is friendly, professional, attentive and helpful. He makes me feel like a VIP! He has always taken good care of me. My car was washed, snow tires changed and new wiper blades, etc. Excellent service all the way around!
