The only concern I had this time is the lack of communication. Dropped of vehicle on Thursday was told it would be one day. On Friday I didn’t hear anything from anyone. I started calling and texting and to no avail. Finally around 4:30 o spoke to Rhonda and explained my situation that I was concerned that I had a loaner and I wasn’t sure if I could keep it another night. She said if we haven’t called you yet then it’s fine you can keep the loaner but that service rep would communicate at some point. Finally on Saturday around 11am I received an update.

My door molding was supposed to be fixed and it wasn’t ???? then the car has a weird wet towel smell when picked up. Thankfully parts and service ran the car through a deionizing machine, but the door molding is not fixed despite dealership having it for 3 days

My car was there for 3 days. I would call twice daily for an update (twice because calls were not returned). On day three (when I called ) I was told that my car was “ready“. When I inquired whether the repair was covered by the warranty, I was told no work was actually done on the vehicle. Very upsetting. Why keep the car for three days? Why not call me to tell me they couldn’t find my complaint? Why tell me the car was “ready”, instead of telling me the truth. Extremely disappointed!
