I left a follow up voicemail of our service explaining our situation was kind of urgent and he responded to me quickly and shows his understanding. So I appreciate that. He also he said he will try to expedite it or look for an alternative loaner car for me. I appreciate his efforts and thoughtfulness. However, we dropped off the car at 8am and it’s just the battery failure issue, our car wasn’t ready until 3pm. The service is kind of slow. I don’t know if it’s his reason though.

I didn’t get a text while I was at the Lexus dealer telling me what the status of my service was. I got one when I got home and it indicated I needed a.$240+ VIN label. Tony never mentioned anything about needing such a label and I returned the text asking what a VIN label was and why I needed it but no one ever got back to me. Vehicle service was fine.

I had a great experience with David Ventura—he’s always so professional and goes above and beyond with customer service! However, I wish the young man who handed me the courtesy car had taken a little more time to explain things to me. I was a bit confused about how to put the loaner into drive, and by the time I got to the end of the street, I realized there was hardly any gas in the tank. The paperwork mentioned a quarter tank, but it felt almost empty!
When I finally made it to the nearest gas station, I struggled a bit to put the car back in park and really had no idea how to open the doors since they weren't the traditional door latches I'm used to. In my 2020 NX 300 It would have been so helpful if he had gone over some of the basics for this fancy NX 350. It’s such a beautiful car—I could really see myself trading my own car for one like that! Overall, it was a lovely experience, but some extra guidance would have made it even better!
