The service here is always so amazing and today was even better. The manager recognized an opportunity to go above and beyond for me without even having to ask for help. It took five hours to put on two tires, balance all four tires, align the car, and put an ECM in for the TPMS system. Entirely too long. It took over two hours just to diagnose the problem. additionally, my husband was at the facility taking care of the car on my behalf. when he scheduled the appointment he put in his phone number and gave the phone number to the advisor and I ended up getting called anyway while he was sitting at the facility he didn't even know. Spending five hours at the facility is a long time.
