The service advisor left a voicemail saying the car was ready for pickup and also sent a link to recommended additional service. We were not informed exactly what work was completed based on estimate and how serious or urgent it was to complete the recommended services. It took several phone calls to finally find someone who assist. The service advisor called the next day to explain the recommended services.

I took my vehicle for oil change and some concerns I had regarding my vehicle, first they took 6 hours for my vehicle to be ready and they didn’t even had the time to look at my concerns, I was disappointed regarding the service as had enough time when stating my vehicle was supposed to be ready in 3 hours.
