Alex was great and he was very professional. But the people that washed my car, they did a very lousy job. The tires were not done right they still had dirt on them and the spray they sprayed on them or tried to put on them didn’t put it all the way on all the tires. But Alex was very nice and helpful.

Called in and tried to make appointment, the representative said we can do walkin for the tire replacement. However, when we drove in and waited for 2 hours, they told us there were no tires in stock and need ed to order from somewhere else. Informed us to come back next day. The next day we went there and waited for another almost 2 hours, they said the tire still not arrived and informed to come back around 4pm. Well, at this point, I definitely think we are not valuable customers.
