Mr Horvat besides being very professional in explaining the process that was causing the delay to quick repair was deft at calming my anxiety
I truly think he should give tutorials to Service Staff in communication and how to read customers.
In conclusion, I would recommend any friend with Lexus to visit Keys Lexus-Van Nuys and ask for Bill Horvat. I give him 4Stars.

Better communication while the service was being done. We weren't given a loaner for this service that literally took the whole day, and we were not updated as to what time it would be completed. So we called at 4pm to inquire about the status, and he said it would be done by 5:15pm but no shuttle was available to pick us up.
