Thank goodness I chose Lexus if El Cajon service center I was very impressed with James so kind and patient , I didn’t get the courtesy treatment from the other Lexus service center (K.M) also the loaner car that I received from the other dealer was gross and dirty , I was embarrassed to drive it. I definitely will be coming back for all my service needs.
