Hugo was my service advisor. From the very beginning, he seemed very disinterested. Did not make eye contact. Did not smile. It seemed like he wanted to be somewhere else. He answered the questions and had good knowledge, but I thought it seemed more like a Nissan dealership and not Lexus. Something has changed over there. I’ve been taking my car there for years but something has happened there in the last six months. The feel is totally different and not better. Everyone seems depressed or uninterested in what they’re doing. Something’s going on over there I think you should look into it. I think I’m going to go to the Lexus in Van Nuys next time and give them a try. Until you guys figure it out. Also, heads up. Check the coffee machine. The decaf coffee came out as hot water. Make sure somebody maintains the coffee machines.

While George was extremely good. Bit disappointed that with an oil change they don’t rotate tires. For the price of what you charge to rotate tires I can go to America’s Tires- rotate/ and balance them. Lexus as an entity has really decreased their customer services.
I have owned 7 of them, typically replace every 3-4 years. And no I don’t lease.
For a 130$ oil
Change- rotate the darn tires!
