The check in process was great. Adam was very helpful, nice and polite. The issue I have is when I came to pick up my vehicle. I feel small detailing on the inside should have been completed such as the interior and mats should have been wiped down. Also, I had to ask for a carwash.

The technicians were not able to find out why my car alarm goes off randomly.
I already had my oil changed a month ago and the technician forgot to reset my maintenance reminder when I had the oil changed so I reminded him to turn off the maintenance reminder. They forgot to do it again.
