Sam was so great in handling the service of my car. He was very personable and friendly. He took me an hour early of my actual appointment. He communicated the progress of my cars service. He was great at getting a replacement part that was not in stock. He got it next day for me. He even was able to get me a loaner car as the work was not going to be completed until the following day.

I was delighted to encounter Sam. However, I was disappointed to learn that Sebastian Camacho was no longer available as a service advisor. I understand that he has been promoted to another position within the JM Empire. I am genuinely pleased for him.
Sam has made an exceptional start. He is highly efficient and genuinely attentive to my concerns and the well-being of my vehicle. The first advisor I was randomly assigned to was more interested in engaging in casual conversations with fellow employees rather than addressing my vehicle’s issues.
