From the moment we arrived at the service department we were treated with the highest level of courtesy! We know Lexus is THE brand, but these guys took it to the next level! First, we’re out of town (from the East Coast) and needed an oil change and the brakes were pulsating driving around the mountains. We made an appointment, but accidentally arrived one day early, and they fit us in anyway. After inspection, they identified the rotors needed attention, and made the repair the same day to get us back on our vacation! Thank you so much to Billy and your team!
