Alfred was great. I had just washed my car and when the attendant brought my car back to me, admittedly I set him up and asked him if they washed my car, and he lied straight to my face and said yes, we cleaned it up for you. It doesn’t not affect my opinion of Lexus, but it is irritating that the dude handing me my keys, of all people, felt a need to be dishonest with me. It’s not a good look

Ryan was fine, but most employees in there were simply just there. The feel when you go in to JM has changed. When I first started going there 2004- staff were excited-the lounge was great. The lounge now is uncomfortable in the furniture since one needs to wait at least an hour and a half. One TV needs to be replaced,has white circles all over the screen (middle tv) . Furniture is worn out. The experience is certainly not like your commercials. As a salesperson myself, I thought you should know.

With my first Lexus, all my service appointments were great. I was informed and accommodated. I have since purchased a new Lexus, and service is just different. Possibly due to change in staff. Had first maintenance service, I had to do the initiating, and assuming all is well. Air conditioning went out in my brand new Lexus of only 1 year and very odd, and inconvenient especially being out of town in a heat wave.

Yes, when they washed my car, they just wiped it with a rag.It's a black car and they left little scratches on it, I have a lot of cars and I know paint and that was just b*******I like the when you wash a black car, you use water down and use a soft cloth that's b*******manager to call me back. I am so unhappy
