Sam was great. Friendly, knowledgeable and deloveeed accurate information. He made sure all of my concerns were addressed and that I left with a smile. I mentioned my car was not well vacuumed the last time I was there (rainy day) so he made sure to deliver it to me in excellent condition. Very communicative throughout the process. Our remote start function now does not work, and our mirrors do not fold automatically upon locking. These are brand new issues caused by poor workmanship at your dealership. I will need to take my vehicle to a new dealership to have these issues fixed now.

First, the technician thats first got into my vehicle disconnected my dash cam, I find that to be extremely disrespectful. Second, the main issues/concerns with my vehicle were not fixed. I will say my technical advisor tried his best and I only went back to JM lexus because of him, I had great past experiences dealing with him (Sam Lamas)
