Lexus Monogram Service

Very happy for the service to my car. One problem wait 2 1/2 hours was too much

I arrived 10 minutes early, to find nobody in the bay or at their desks. I had to walk around for about 7-8 minutes before I caught one of the guys that works the day carrying a plate of food. He told me that everybody rushed upstairs to grab their food and he would be back in a few minutes. That wasn’t a good impression or prioritizing your customer. My service advisor was not very attentive nor very respectful of my time. She did not communicate well the timeline or timeframe to inspect and have my vehicle ready for me. I advised her, after two hours of waiting, that I would be walking to pick up some food. She was quick to dismiss me however let me know that I could walk next door if I wanted to. 15 minutes later, after I’d ordered and was waiting for my food, she called me and told me that my car was ready. After 35 minutes I walked back, she was nowhere to be found, I let her counterpart know I was back and waiting for her. Several minutes went by when I noticed she pulled a different customer to her desk. This has been the worst overall experience I’ve ever encountered in your facility. Regardless of the excuses, my time and overall experience was not valued. I understand this perhaps would be a coachable opportunity for your staff, and I would expect better service next time trusting these issues will be addressed and resolved. Thank you

Chauncey was the most polite, professional service technician.. the reason I stay with JM Lexus is with your experienced service technicians.. and I have to say I love my LC 500. I’ve had Mercedes. I’ve had jeeps I’ve had Chevys car is outstanding… no matter where I go. People are asking me what is that car?.. I said it’s a luxury sports car. It’s a Lexus Lc 500.. thank you so much for everything JM Lexus.
